These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Virtual Number. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the service

Virtual Number provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, resell, or misrepresent it. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

2. Accounts and balances

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Balances are denominated in the displayed currency and are non-transferable. Numbers are rented for a single verification and expire automatically.

3. Payments and refunds

Top-ups are processed through our crypto payment partner. If a rented number does not receive a code before it expires, the charge for that number is not applied. Completed verifications are non-refundable.

4. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that every operator or country is always in stock. The service is provided as is, and Virtual Number is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
